The goal of the research is to construct a flavorful algorithm for the optimization by making use of the suggestions given by the environment and using these solutions for solving the problems of optimization that really exists in the process of the manufacturing. The designs having one or more than one solutions are provided by the users for the optimum algorithms and there is a repeated check on all the possible solutions of the new designs that exist for provision of the real optimum result. For the roughness of the surface, a mathematical model is evolved by making the use of the response surface analysis.
